Boinns vibro sifters are specifically designed to remove oversize material from any bulk solids and slurry provided product With its compact design based on the ‘Gyroscopic principle’ which meets the requirements of ‘Dust-free Sifting’ of the Pharmaceutical material. At the time of Motor rotation top weight causes vibration in horizontal plane whereas the rotation of bottom weight causes tilt & vibrations in vertical plane. Total assembly is mounted on suitable springs so that it becomes an independent body which vibrates without parting any vibrations to the base body

The material fed through the inlet on the top is dropped on the screen. The particles smaller than the mesh size passes from the screen and the larger sized particles are released through an outlet. The combination of gyratory motor and the weights placed on top and bottom of screen gives the desired filtration or separation of the material.

The Boinns Compact Sieve range operates at lower noise levels, due to a solid rubber suspension which allows the machines to operate as low as 70dBA, protecting operator health.
